职位描述
1、协助行政总监组织制定行政部工作发展规划、计划与预算方案；
2、组织制定行政管理规章制度及督促，检查制度的贯彻执行；
3、搜集整理公司内部信息，及时组织编写公司各大事记；
4、组织、协调公司年会、员工活动、市场类活动及各类会议，负责外联工作及办理公司所需的相关证照；
5、协调公司内部行政人事等工作，日常事务中能对控制成本的方法提出建议；
要求： 1、五年以上行政管理工作经验；
2、秘书、行政管理等相关专业，专科以上学历；
3、熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备；
4、较强的分析、解决问题的能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致；
5、具有很强的人际沟通、协调、组织能力以及高度的团队精神，责任心强
