1、全面负责协调、管理公司行政工作；
2、负责统筹、协调行政部门与公司其它部门的工作，确保相关部门内外的良好运作；
3、制定行政中长期战略规划，为重大人事决策提供建议和信息支持；
4、组织制定、完善、贯彻执行公司的行政管理制度；
5、负责与劳动人事、政府行政部门保持良好的联系，及时获得相关政策支持；
任职条件：
1、大学本科以上学历，管理类相关专业；
2、具有五年以上大型公司或大型集团行政管理相关工作经验；
3、熟悉现代行政管理知识及技能、熟悉国家及地方的劳动人事管理相关法律、法规、政策;
4、对行政管理事务性工作具有娴熟的处理技巧；
5、具有较好的前瞻性、较强的沟通、协调、团队领导、融合能力及出色的人际交往能力。
