Main responsibility:
主要职责：
1.Identify and develop grouting business in Hubei/Hunan province;
1.负责开发湖北与湖南建筑修补砂浆类业务
2.Develop sales plans and achieve sales budget in relevant area;
2.制定销售计划并达成相应区域的销售目标;
3.Manage entire sales cycle from identification through to close, including presentations, requests for proposal responses, contract negotiations and transition to the account management and client services team
3.全面跟踪、管理营销项目，从确认商机，推荐方案，沟通协调，合同磋商，回款催收至项目关闭；
4.Maintain contact information and sales data on company relationship management database
4.开发维护客户售前售后关系，在CRM系统管理客户信息与数据；
5.Report regularly for the projects and sales forecast;
5.定期报告项目与销售预测；
6.Participate in training, seminar and expo as required.
6.参与产品与技术培训、研讨会、展会；
Requirements:
基本要求：
-College degree or above, major in architecture or chemical, polymer material;
-专科以上学历，建筑、化工、聚氨酯材料相关专业；
-At least 3 years sales or related experience in building construction , chemical industry, equipment /machinery;
-三年以上建筑化工或机械设备行业销售相关经验;
-Good communication and coordination skill and team work-orientated;
-良好的沟通协调能力与团队精神;
-Self-motivation and enterprising personality, self-learning ability;
-自立主动，事业心强，自我学习能力强；
-English or German, both oral and written;
-较强的书面与口头沟通能力，英语或德语良好者优先;
