Responsibilities职责1.Responsibleforthesalesofthecompany’sconcretespecialproductsmainlyFerroGuard,Sikacim,SikaControlproductsinChina.负责销售公司的专业产品，主要产品为Ferroguard，Sikacim。2.Leadandbuildthesalesteamtodevelopnationalmarket.建立并领导团队开发全国市场。3.Developormaintainthesaleschannels,directlydealwithexistingkeyaccounts.发开发及维护销售渠道，负责现有客户。4.Achievesalestasksaccordingtothecompanyobjectiveandpolicies.根据公司的目标和政策完成销售任务。5.Developnewclientindependentlyandmanagetheassignedmarketchannels.开发新客户，并独立管理分配市场渠道。6.Buildupgoodrelationshipwithrelateddesigninstitutes.与设计院建立良好的关系。7.Collectinformationofmarket,knowabouttheneedofcustomers,andsolvecustomer’scomplain.收集市场信息，了解客户的需要并解决客户的抱怨。8.Keepthegoodrelationshipwiththecustomers.与客户保持良好的关系。
