Responsibilities职责1.Responsibleforthesalesofthecompany’sconcretespecialproductsmainlyFerroGuard,Sikacim,SikaControlproductsinChina.负责销售公司的专业产品,主要产品为Ferroguard,Sikacim。2.Leadandbuildthesalesteamtodevelopnationalmarket.建立并领导团队开发全国市场。3.Developormaintainthesaleschannels,directlydealwithexistingkeyaccounts.发开发及维护销售渠道,负责现有客户。4.Achievesalestasksaccordingtothecompanyobjectiveandpolicies.根据公司的目标和政策完成销售任务。5.Developnewclientindependentlyandmanagetheassignedmarketchannels.开发新客户,并独立管理分配市场渠道。6.Buildupgoodrelationshipwithrelateddesigninstitutes.与设计院建立良好的关系。7.Collectinformationofmarket,knowabouttheneedofcustomers,andsolvecustomer’scomplain.收集市场信息,了解客户的需要并解决客户的抱怨。8.Keepthegoodrelationshipwiththecustomers.与客户保持良好的关系。
Requirements要求1.Workexperienceinconstructionbusiness,orexperiencewithconcreteproduction.建筑业务或混凝土产品相关经验。2.Managerialexperience,everledasalesteam.销售团队管理经验。3.Collegedegreeinconstruction,chemical,buildingmaterialorrelevant.专科以上学历,建筑、化工、材料等相关专业。4.Atleast5yearsworkingexperienceinbuildingmaterialssalesorresearch.至少五年建筑材料销售工作经验。5.Canworkwellindependently.能够独立工作。6.Teamspiritisneeded.团队合作精神。7.Problemsolving.问题解决能力。8.GoodcommunicationinEnglishispreferred.良好的英语沟通能力。
