郑州仓西实业开发有限公司位于河南省巩义市 “杜甫故里”，创建于1993年，注册资金一亿一千九百万元人民币，是经中华人民共和国国家商务部批准的外经贸企业（下属多家海外合资子公司），携手郑州保耀工贸有限公司、（香港）保耀国际集团有限公司以对外直接投资、境外工程、国际贸易和机械制造加工装配等为主营业务。目前，已在非洲、东南亚、欧洲等多个国家和地区建立了经贸关系和合作项目。Cangxi Industry & Commerce Development Company was founded in 1993,it has two Subsidiaries - - Cangxi Electric Appliance Factory, Zhengzhou heavy-duty Equipment Factory as its productions base and warehouse base. To adapt to the development of economy, the company made the ＂Walk out＂ running strategy under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Wu Yaoguang since 1997,and went faraway to Africa to establish joint ventures. It acquired the national import and export business enterprise qualifications certificate in 2000. Through nearly 10 years development, the company has been successful changed from produce type business enterprise to the outside economic trade type business enterprise,The company has formed an industrial group engaged in machine manufacturing, appliance producing, international trade, outside business enterprise and self-run import and export. It has Successively signed the contract with Anambra State, Benue State and Taraba State such as the FORTOM Foundry &Machine Tool project, the cement factory of 600, 000 ton, sugar factory, the factory of knit packagers, the factory of fresh nature water and another joint ventures, the total cost has been up to US$160,000,000,among them the project of FORTOM was a project of helping outward, which was approved by China foreign trade economy cooperation department.
